## Cellebrite Physical Analyzer 7.70 Release Notes: Advanced Digital Forensics

This update focuses on expanding device and application support, providing you with deeper and more comprehensive insights into digital data.

### What's New in Physical Analyzer 7.70?

Here’s what’s new in the product:

Gallery Lock 

Android - Gallery Lock for Android allows users to add an additional layer of security by

saving selected media files behind a pin code specific to the application.

iOS - shows the hidden files as Uploads, and also

the Web History, Bookmarks and Searched Items.

Native Improvements

Android - Parsing of Contacts has been improved and now results in additional records

found for WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram and Google Meet.

 

iOS:

a.Safari History is now processed from additional Safari Profiles configured on the device.

b. Locations are now parsed from the com.apple.wifi.known-networks.plist

c. Message Retention settings now include additional support for iOS17 and above which changed how this setting was recorded.

d. iOS Scene Classification & OCR information has been separated and reclassified under the “General” heading of the File Info tab

 

Telegram [Android]:

Telegram support has been updated to include message Topics. This

Telegram feature allows users to separate a chat into individual threads

based on topics, such as Movies or Sport; the topics themselves are defined by the user. 

PA distinguishes these topics as separate Chat threads with a

common chat identifier which is then appended with the topic name.
